Amigo önkéntes

Amigo volunteers visit children in hospitals to help them heal through playing games, learning languages and crafting together. A voulnteer's task is to make a hospital visit every two weeks and is very welcome to take part in the social activities of the Amigos community and be part of our huge group of 260 voulnteer friends all over the country.

The requirement of the application is having an active university student status and speaking at least one foreign language at conversational level.

To apply you need to go to the amigos.hu/felveteli website, download the task sheet, print it, fill it out and upload it into the Google Form together with your CV. Then, you need to mail the printed version to us too, to the address: 1066 Budapest, Nyugati tér 1.

Afterwards, if we find you paper acceptable, we invite you to an in person interview to get to know you.

With Amigos you will have the opportunity to help sick children in need of a friend in a community of volunteers from all over the country. We provide our volunteers with opportunities to improve professionally to be a better support for children, and also with an insight into the life of a civil organisation by doing different tasks just as social media posts or organizing an event. And finally, you will be part of an open-minden and welcoming group of university student volunteers, with whom you can get to know each other on our team-building occations every month.
